Return Policy

• You can check your order while the courier is present.
  
• Returns are only accepted immediately at the doorstep (with the courier) and only shipping fees must be paid.
• Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted.
• No returns or exchanges after delivery is completed.

  • يوجد معاينة عند الاستلام
  • يمكن رفض الاوردر فقط عند باب المنزل و في وجود المندوب و يُدفع ثمن الشحن فقط
  • بعد مغادرة المندوب، يُعتبر الاوردر مقبول.
  • لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد استلام الاوردر.
